Q. How does the custom design process work?
A. I find out what you want and in what price range, via email, mail and/or telephone. I then draw up sketches and the real fun begins. Communication is key, and the review and refinement of drawings and wax models ensures that the design will be what my client wants. Q. Is my jewelry insured while it is in your care?
A. Yes. I have insurance that covers my clients' and my jewelry while it is in my care. Using registered mail through the postal service also leaves a paper trail to show when items are sent and received. I also send a receipt when I receive any items from a client.
Q. How is payment handled?
A. When purchasing an item from my jewelry showcase, a client may simply use MasterCard or Visa and the item will be shipped immediately. For a custom design, 1/2 of the total price is due when the item is ordered, the other 1/2 is due when the item is approved by me and ready to ship. I contact the client when the item is ready. On custom orders, allow 4 - 6 weeks for fabrication and delivery.
