The Junior Adventure Challenge was designed to introduce kids, ages 7 to 14, to the challenge and fun of adventure racing. The Junior Challenge allows kids to experience the thrill of combining alternative sports (i.e., mountain biking, paddling, orienteering and climbing) in a manageable format that they can successfully complete in under one hour. The "race" is designed so that the only competition is with the clock and themselves.
