The Messenger was designed to display your text messages. A message can be associated with a specific photo/image or with all photos/images. To create/edit messages, go to Control Panel - Display - Screen Saver - Settings.

Messenger Brain
The Messenger Brain is where all of your messages are stored. It is located at the center of the creature and is only exposed while a message is being displayed.

Advanced Plazma Display
The Advanced Plazma Display is generated by the nodes at the end of the creatures arms. This is the display where your messages will actually appear.

Retractable Arms
While designing the messenger, it was apparent that the creatures arms would need to retract so that it could easily appear/leave your computer screen.
